Hotel Policies:

• Check in time is at 2pm and check out time is at 12pm.
• Pets are not allowed unless otherwise indicated, with the exception of trained guide dogs. Proper paperwork may be required.
• In accordance to Costa Rican law, this is a non-smoking destination. Smoking will be penalized.
